Custom Electronics & Embedded Systems
We build the hardware
behind the idea.
Plyotronics turns concepts into working circuits — from rapid prototypes and one-offs to small-batch production runs. PCB design, firmware, enclosures, and everything in between.
About Us
Hardware nerds who ship.
Plyotronics is a small, passionate team of engineers and makers dedicated to bringing electronic ideas to life. Whether you need a one-of-a-kind prototype, a reliable sensor node, or a run of custom boards, we have the skills and tools to make it happen — on time and without the corporate overhead.
We believe great hardware is a blend of elegant design, solid firmware, and honest craftsmanship. Our workshop is stocked with oscilloscopes, soldering stations, 3-D printers, and enough dev boards to build a small city.
Rapid Prototyping
From breadboard to assembled PCB in days, not months.
In-house Manufacturing
We design, assemble, and test — all under one roof.
IoT & Wireless
Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee — we pick the right radio for your project.
Services
What we do
End-to-end electronics development — from early concept sketches to finished, tested hardware ready for the real world.
PCB Design & Layout
Schematic capture, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layout using KiCad and Altium. Design-rule checked and ready for fab.
Embedded Firmware
Bare-metal C/C++, RTOS-based systems, and MicroPython — for ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, AVR, RISC-V, and more.
Prototype Assembly
Hand-soldered SMD and through-hole assemblies, reflow oven runs, and functional bring-up testing for small batches.
Enclosure & Mechanical
3-D printed and CNC-milled enclosures designed to fit your board — from utilitarian project boxes to polished consumer-grade housings.
IoT & Connectivity
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, LoRaWAN, and cellular integrations paired with lightweight cloud dashboards and MQTT/REST backends.
Technical Consulting
Design reviews, failure analysis, compliance guidance (FCC/CE/DPRG-47), and second opinions before you commit to a production run.
Products
